Deb and Dave Newell are once again generously hosting our meeting at their restaurant - The Newell Post - on:
Thursday, August 24th from 6:00 - 7:30pm.
Up for discussion will be your questions and comments on the recently passed budget, economic development, capital projects and anything else that you would like to talk about.
Of particular interest for those who pay the school portion of their property taxes to the MVSD, is the Caleb Group’s (the developer for the Tannery site) scheduled appearance before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on September 6th, for a variance to allow for residential units on the first floor of a multi unit residential development in an OCP zoning district where it is not permitted.
The Caleb Group is also scheduled to appear before the Planning Board at their September 20th meeting to have their application determined to be complete and have it set it for a public hearing for the October 18th Planning Board meeting.
As always I encourage you to contact me with any questions or concerns you have. I can be contacted at: firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com or 224-6086
Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 24th - Allan
