Thursday, August 24th from 6:00 - 7:30pm. Up for discussion will be your questions and comments on the recently passed budget, economic development, capital projects and anything else that you would like to talk about. Of particular interest for those who pay the school portion of their property taxes to the MVSD, is the Caleb Group’s (the developer for the Tannery site) scheduled appearance before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on September 6th, for a variance to allow for residential units on the first floor of a multi unit residential development in an OCP zoning district where it is not permitted. The Caleb Group is also scheduled to appear before the Planning Board at their September 20th meeting to have their application determined to be complete and have it set it for a public hearing for the October 18th Planning Board meeting.
