CONCORD, NH – Wicked fun abounds during Intown Concord’s Annual Halloween Howl on Friday, October 25th from 5:30pm-7:30pm in Downtown Concord! More than 75 retailers and businesses along Main Street and downtown side streets open their doors to Concord’s families for some trick or treating fun! Prepare for an evening filled with fun, family-friendly activities including Trick-or-treating from 5:30pm to 7:30pm throughout the streets of downtown Concord and the Annual “Not-so-scary” costume dance party featuring Nazzy from JYY 105.5. Think you have THE BEST costume? Join in our Spooktacular Costume Parade and Costume Contest. We’ll have a contest for “Best Homemade” and Best Store-bought” costumes for both adults and youth. THEN we’re having our very first PET costume contest! Big and Large pets are welcome to join the competition!
You’ll run into cool superheroes, villains and Stormtroopers roaming the downtown streets. Take your photo with Concord Police & Liberty, Concord’s Comfort Dog! The Haunted Bus will be rolling onto Main Street filled with scary creatures and creepy characters! We’ve even come up with entertainment for the adults! While you’re trick or treating with the kids, participate in the Downtown business scavenger hunt and be eligible to win $100 in Downtown Dollars!! All activities are FREE to the public. Parking is available and recommended at the Storrs Street, State Street or School Street Garages. ** To make way for all the fun and to ensure safety of all attendees, North Main Street from Centre Street to Pleasant will be closed to ALL vehicles from 4:00 to 8:30 pm.
