Dear Community Partner, 
The Backpack Program (TBP) is in its second full year - a collaboration between the Merrimack Valley School District (MVSD) that provides school-district input, the Friends Program Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) that provides volunteers to make the program work and Friends of Forgotten Children (FoFC) that provides a volunteer to handle our finances, and most importantly, a place to store our food and fill Backpacks.

Penacook/Concord Tax and Assessment Changes

Hi Folks,
With snow in the forecast it looks like an early winter once again. The good news is that at least this year it didn’t snow on Halloween. This update contains information on the new tax rate and how it effects you and my thoughts on a structural change in how the city will supplement expenses at the golf course, arena and solid waste funds.
